She asked us for food for her family and we have come out with a box of supplies/food for her. Then we have come into realization that Bonnie was a part of Alvin's group and when Walter has also realized it, she cold heartedly said 'keep moving'.

About killing Bonnie, as wiki page states[walkingdead.fandom.com] If Clementine fails to complete certain tasks, it is possible for Bonnie to be killed. These deaths are considered non-canon, and result in a game over. Clementine will then re-spawn and be allowed to try again. But there is one certain way to kill Bonnie without getting her respawned ever again. It goes through your decision to brake the ice in a last attempt to save Luke from drowning.


Until Luke's ice starts cracking you are free to make whatever choose you make. When ice breaks and Luke hangs on its edge. In here, despite Bonnie repetedly saying "go help him" do as Luke says and DO NOT go for helping Luke. Cover him and shoot the zombies.


This is the part where bonnie will screw things and make Luke die. There could have been a chance to save Luke if Bonnie wasnt there, Luke could basically get off the edge and crawl his way out of cracked ice, but no Bonnie had other plans...

Seeing you not reaching him for help, Bonnie will go there in an attempt to pull out Luke. Then ice will be actually broken so Bonnie will fall into the icecold water too, our work here is halfway done.


This is part is vital. When Luke gets below you and hits the ice for it to break DO NOT break the ice completely. You may hit it several times to show our friend Luke that there was an attempt in his final moments but knowing the fact that Luke will die whether you broke the ice or not thus we should not create a way out for Bonnie
As Luke wades into the quiet of the lake's depths you can cheer up with the fact that traitor Bonnie is no more trouble for anyone.
