You queue up to play DotA 2. The settings look different but you fail to notice.

Upon picking a hero you notice something quite strange: You are alone. Your DotA pals are still at the menu. The tower delivery service hasn’t shown up, nor have the Radiant creeps and the neutral enemies are frustrated you don’t respect their privacy between matches.

One thing is for sure: The Dire and neutral creeps are after you. Hunting you. Stalking you.

With every kill you can’t help but notice they just keep coming. Faster and faster it seems!

There’s only one thing you can do.

Stay alive.

Staying Alive is a single-player mod where you fight to survive against waves of countless enemies. Wherever you go, they’ll find you. It’s kill or be killed.
