The line is, "you were almost a chill sandwich". I should know, I was there. I was an evil resident.
Funny story, the name was supposed to translate as "House of Evil" and the Japanese mistranslation made it Residence of Evil, and they shortened it to Resident because they want to end the meeting sooner to go eat their chill sandwiches.
