Titanbound "Buffed" Patch - FU-VERSION

Description
Use this patch only if you have Frackin Universe in your mod collection alongside with other mods that increase NPC's and monster's health!

Increase Titan's weapons damage up to x2.5 than normal.

@nickalex69420 , @KT , I think i figured out why you deal lower damage with this patch, it becouse i made patch with Frackin Universe in mind. So now i will change name for this patch and make a new NON-FU version of this patch.
