Grand Campaign Camera

While not an exact port, it has the same functionality as my WH2 version of this mod

This mod:
- Increases the max zoom of the campaign camera so you can see more of the map
- Increases the min zoom of the campaign camera so you can get closer to the lords you simp over
- Increases the distance at which the settlement ui fades so that you can see more of the beautiful ai bordergore
- Increases the campaign camera angle slightly

Potential Issue:
- For ultrawide users, you may be able to see the edge of the shroud mist when fully zoomed out. This is purely visual and doesn't actually show you what's under fog of war. I currently do not believe it can be fixed without just removing the shroud shader entirely.

This mod can be safely added or removed mid campaign. However adding it mid campaign won't change the min and max zoom to what is in this mod, and if you remove it mid campaign the min and max zoom will stay as what this mod's is. The other features seem to be unaffected and will work just fine. I would not recommend removing it mid campaign though as fully zooming out without this mod can make some map elements disappear but it is a purely visual thing so you can if you want.
