Guide for all achievement. Information for with and without DLC & Patch.
If you aren't seeing Regression State, please install the Official free Patch from the Dev. It's pinned in Discussions.
If you have purchased the DLC, you only need to install the DLC version of the Patch.
The Patch only adds Regression State and Events with it. It will not remove the blur. This means you only have the option to look younger.
How to know if you have the Patch installed? The Mage will cast the spell Regression on turn three and you will be younger. If not, you do not have the Patch. They show up after floor 20, or in the Recollection if you beaten the game once.

Small Note

A lot of the Achievements are buggy. Meaning you might not unlock them when you complete the requirements. I do not know exactly in what way they are bugged. All I can really say is to keep at it if you really care and hopefully they will unlock at some point.

The Basics

Self explanatory achievements, nothing to add here.

Into the Darkness
Start a run.

Retry
Start 10 runs.

Repeater
Start 20 runs.

Unyielding Spirit
Start 100 runs.

First Encounter
Reach floor 20.

Moment of Truth
Reach floor 100.

Endless Journey
Reach floor 1,000.

Reincarnation
Choose a bonus.

Inherited Will
Choose a grand bonus for 2,000 points.

Not This One
Reroll your bonuses 100 times.

Bosses

Title Collection is your friend. Throughout the game, more you get, the easier bosses will be.

(DLC) If you have defeated the White & Black dragon, you can spend Mark of Attainer to unlock the Title Collections that are giving you are hard time unlocking. You can find them by holding the down arrow key, or middle mouse button.

Each Boss will have a in depth guide in what you can expect. Alert Attack = ! Icon

King of Crimson
Defeat Granisso/Crimson Door Boss.

Turn 1 ) Skips turn to gain Blessing of Blaze. Lore stuff.
Turn 2 ) Physical Attack.
Turn 3 ) Skips turn to lift you up. While you are lifted, all cards cost one more.
Turn 4 ) Skips turn to remove underwear.
Turn 5 ) Lust Attack until its RP hits 0.

Repeats back to Turn 2. Will attack 1-2 times before starting Turn 3 again. Can cast magic attacks.

King of Azure
Defeat Orgenbein/Azure Door Boss.

Turn 1 ) Skips turn to gain Blessing of Cerulean. Lore stuff.
Turn 2 ) Magic Attack.
Turn 3 ) Alert Attack, Water Bubble dealing 1 damage. The damage increases every turn by one. If the boss climaxes, you are removed from the bubble.
Turn 4 ) Magic Attack.
Turn 5 ) Skips turn to smile.
Turn 6 ) Uses Guard.
Turn 7 ) Skips turn to smile
Turn 8 ) Magic Attack
Turn 9 ) Guard.
Turn 10 ) Magic Attack.

Repeats back to Turn 6 again. If at any point you break out of bubble, starts Turn 2.

King of Emerald
Defeat Hielohude/Emerald Door Boss.

Turn 1 ) Skips turn to gain Blessing of Verdure. Lore stuff.
Turn 2 ) Physical Attack x2.
Turn 3 ) Alert Attack, a stagger to remove 2 AP. Having less than 2 AP will cause you to fall down.
Turn 4 ) Physical Attack x2.

Repeats back to turn 2.

King of Gold
Defeat Spisnix/Gold Door Boss.

Turn 1 ) Skips turn to gain Blessing of Shock. Lore stuff.
Turn 2 ) Magic Attack x2.
Turn 3 ) Alert Attack, paralyzing you to the ground. If you prevent paralyze, goes back to turn 1.
Turn 4 ) Skips turn to remove underwear.
Turn 5 ) Lust Attack until RP hits 0.

Repeats back to turn 4.

The Cards Eminence Protect & Hynel Defensor can give you immunity to Curse for a while.

Manifestation of Ruin
Defeat Magisdusk/Final Boss.

Turn 1 ) Skips turn to gain Blessing of Perpetuity. Lore stuff. Every turn, player will take 10 damage.
Turn 2 ) Alert Attack, deals 54% of your maximum RP.
Turn 3 ) Physical Attack.
Turn 4 ) Curse Attack. Draw count limited down to 2 cards. Prevent, or cure this ASAP.
Turn 5 ) Magic Attack x3
Turn 6 ) Alert Attack, deals 54% of your maximum RP.
Turn 7 Curse Attack. Draw count limited down to 2 cards. Prevent, or cure this ASAP.
Turn 8 Alert Attack, deals 54% of your maximum RP.
Turn 9 Magic Attack x3
Turn 10 Curse Attack. Draw count limited down to 2 cards. Prevent, or cure this ASAP.
Turn 11 Physical Attack.
Turn 12 Alert Attack, deals 54% of your maximum RP.
Turn 13 Magic Attack x3.

Repeats from Turn 2. If order was interrupted by climaxing, they will start at turn 9.
This is amusing this is your first fight -> (When the boss health gets low, they will cast Ultimate Drive. Giving the boss more damage. You get more powerful as well.)

The Cards Eminence Protect & Hynel Defensor can give you immunity to Curse for a while.

Soul of the Innocent
Defeat Magisdusk/Final Boss without getting touched by monsters & semen.

Get familiar with all monsters attacks and know when they can touch you, or deal lust damage. If one of them manages to do that, or puts semen on you, the achievement is invalid when the game saves. Closing the game, or pushing F5 before the encounter ends gives you another shot at getting this done. Can be repeated as many as you like.

Adult Content

The monsters, States and Cards that I recommend finding are listed below. Helps the most for achievements in this category.

Semen Farming, non specific. Bosses- Granisso/Crimson Door & Orgenbein/Azure Door.
Normal Monsters- Despair/Rock Worm. Guiltless/Dragon. Both shows up after floor 100.
(DLC) Integrity/Gem Crawler is the best option for all Semen Farming. Keep it locked down at all times, or you might die!
(Patch) Regression State Given by Decay/Human Mage and Immaturity/Shaman (after floor 100)
Bosomy State. Cat Event, choose hug. Potion Event, choose red potion.
Womb Crest State. Given by the monster Envy/Succubus. The Couples in Ben Event and Temple of Twilight Event, ask for Salvation. It's a 50/50 for it to be in your favor.
While you have the crest, the card Temptation is placed in your deck. It gives you another way to deal lust damage.
Ride On Card. Visit the Couples in Bed Event a second time while having Womb Crest for the card.
Strip Card. Needed with Ride On. Find the Cat Event and pet it while having more than 10 Lewd.
Title Collection. Unlock Nightlife Girl, left most red title. It puts two Taunt Cards into your deck. Cheep lust damage cards.
(DLC) A list of Cards for dealing with each body part. Randomly chosen when visiting Couples in Ben Event with Womb Crest.
Encase - Breasts option
Candylick - Mouth option
Projection & Ride Back - Butt option

Girl in White
Having been touched by monsters and semen on every body part with the status of Bukkake & Creampie.

Self explanatory.

Drowned in Pleasure
Have yourself climax 1,000 times throughout all games.

There isn't a way to track this in-game.
Easy to let Granisso/Red Door Boss have it's way with you.

Milking Machine
Have enemies climax 1,000 times throughout all games.

There isn't a way to track this in-game.
You need so much semen throughout the game, this will just be picked up on the way when dealing with other achievements.

The Devourer
Use Mouth 1,000 times throughout all games.

Grudge/Orc is one of the first monsters you will come across. This is pretty much the only monster that will use your mouth. When they grab you, just keep skipping your turns.
(DLC) Using Candylick Card lets you pick any monster.

Bottomless Drinker
Amount of Swallowed Semen 1,000,000 ml throughout all games.

The State Regression and using the card Taunt will always have you drink semen from any monster that climaxed. The Card Temptation will not work because that card targets breasts.
(Without Patch) - Skip your turns on the monster Grudge/Orc
(DLC) Using Candylick Card lets you pick any monster.

Sensitive Racks
Use Breasts 1,000 times throughout all games.

Find the monster Decay/Human Mage after floor 20. They will cast Regression on you, then starts to play with your breasts. Keep skipping your turns from that point onwards.
(Without Patch) To my knowledge, there isn't a way to get this for base game without DLC.
(DLC) Using Encase Card lets you pick any monster. Can be used without the patch.

White Shower
Amount of Splattered Semen on Breasts 1,000,000 ml throughout all games.

Get Bosomy State. Use the cards Taunt, or Temptation to make monsters climax. Repeat until unlocked.
(DLC) Using Encase Card is another way, but I find normal method faster.

Public Service
Use Vagina 1,000 times throughout all games.

Using the cards Ride On and Strip versus the recommended monsters on the list is the easiest way to get this done.

Liquid Tank
Amount of Entered Semen Vagina 1,000,000 ml times throughout all games.

Just copy Public Service.

Wide Open
Use Butt 1,000 times throughout all games.

There are a hand full of monsters you can get this done on, however I only recommend Servitude/Octopus found from floor 21 and above. For the sole purpose that you can work on Rear Tank. Have enough health and health regeneration, this monster hits hard. Continue to skip turns.
(DLC) Using Ride Back & Projection gives you the option to use any monster.

Rear Tank
Amount of Entered Semen Butt 1,000,000 ml times throughout all games.

Servitude/Octopus is the only monster that gives enough semen worth your time. Do the same for Wide Open.
(DLC) Using Ride Back & Projection gives you the option to use recommended monsters. Saves you a lot of time!

I got soul of the innocent by defeating Magisdusk with my virginity intact. It's much more forgiving than having to dodge all RP damage.

If you are talking about the boss achivment . I remember correctly, it was around floor 3000 i finally got the last 2 boss achievement.... As in i beat them in i don't know how many ways, every possible way, exactly because i wanted to get them. even had for the dragon ones but not the last 2 guardians.

For any sexual ones (including pure girl). Rip, i have no clue how or why, after doing every possible sexual act and everything, with over 34 hours, i never got, even one of them:). So if you get any of them, as in how you managed, please post, because i want to 100% this game's achivments after spending thousands of floors and so many hours :|

I noticed I only got the boss achievements when I beat the boss before they buffed up. It happened to me with every single boss.

It works because recently the devs fixed the achivment via new update. Before, i can't tell you how many times i beat them with real attacks but still nothing

To get the achievement for defeating boss you have to beat them with a real attack card and not kicking them in the balls. At least for me I notice I didn't get the achievement until i killed them with a regular attack instead of a H attack.

Yes: bug bug bug

Yesterday i got the achivment for beating the red boss who I beaten at least 20 times already....so now i have 2 out the 4 of them....

As in: just keep trying. If you are up for it, reinstall game as well (backup save files just in case) since maybe a clear data will and hopefully increase the chances. But otherwise, keep trying

Anyone has any idea about getting "Inherited Will"? I tried several time but only get "Reincarnation" when choose the 2,000 points option at the first time, then nothing happens in the 2nd time and 3rd time

Also got the patch, but will play later as burned out.

Can't believe this game get more interesting the more I play it.

A lot, if not all of them are secret. You can see them by looking into the achievements in global.
I called it adult content because you have to sit through too much animation of lewd scenes.

DLC is something you pay for that adds more content to the game.

Patch is free for download that adds removed content from the game. I'm guessing that it needed to be removed for Steam to allow the game to be sold on its platform. Being too hentai and all.
Yes, you are missing more content that the game was made for by not having the Patch installed.
