[WIP] Santa Hats Must Die!

This guide is supposed to help you receive the Achievement. At the time of writing this only 2.3% of the players have it which makes it the rarest achievement in the game ;) Although the guide is still work in progress it gives enough information to receive the achievement. However it would be nice to confirm my findings and get some more infos.

Introduction
The Achievement Description states you have to incinerate 50 santa hats. I found 6 hat locations that don't seem to change. So you have to do multiple runthroughs to complete the achievement.
I will give you the location of the six hats that I found in the game. I found two big ones and four small ones. Each hat is worth 1 Point. I put all of them in front of the fireplace and then made a savegame for convenience. Next throw all hats in the fireplace and wait until they disappear. Afterwards leave and load up savegame. Repeat until you get the achievement.

If you guys do or already have this achievement I would like you to help me with the following things:
  • confirm all hats are found
  • determine the number of points you get per hat (big/small)
  • deternine wether save games work

There are actually 7 hats with consistent areas, there's one when you explode from the tnt. Its always with your remains.

You have to put them in by hand. I tried having them in a container, but it didn't register towards the achievment. :cgpout:

All locations are true, each hat is worth 1 point for the achiv and save game works for this.

The steam achievement page doesn't update immediately ; but every hats you burn give points (1 hat = 1 point).

I think that's the best idea to put all hats in front of the fireplace, save the game, then burn them, clock off, reload, and do it again. (That's the way i did for the achievement, and it popped whereas my steam achievement was at 10 hats out of 50)
