DOTA MEGA TURBO is what Turbo Mode was suposed to be. Very fast.

All heroes/units have the following buffs:
+ 50/30% bonus movement speed (no speed limit)
+ 50% bonus turn rate
+ 60/35% cast time reduction
+ 60/35% cooldown reduction
+ 60/35% mana cost reduction
+ 40/30% status resistance
+ 100/50% all attack speed (affect base attack time)
+ 50% projectile speed
Some abilities values are reduced because of low cooldowns (still need more updates)


(I recommend playing this with high gold/xp modifiers)

There are bonus buffs for heroes based on their main attribute and current level.
And most importantly, NO BUYBACKS!
