Aftermath (Old)

This is an old version of Aftermath by Ky1 that many players prefer over the new one because of its increased difficulty. It has fewer medical items and more zombie spawns.

I've also made a few fixes to it:

- Fixed initial spawnpoints that were not working due to being too close to the ground
- Fixed crash when going outside with HDR or high model settings enabled
- Added outline to the first key objective
- Added missing loading screen
- Muted some spammable buttons
- Fixed lift skip which could crash the server
- Fixed lingering invisible walls after first cinema wave
- Fixed players spawning at the start of the map after sewer drop
- Fixed zombies preventing progress by getting some doors stuck
