The code that is included with graphics cards and is sold at discounted prices in the Bite Back edition that is activated in the GeForce Experience application requires the installation of the graphics card to which this code was attached. After activating the code that comes with the graphics card in the GeForce Experience application, you do not receive a steam code. After entering the code in the application, it automatically requires you to log in to your steam account, after which the product key is activated on your steam account. Please don't be fooled by the opportunity to get the game at a bargain price.

The only way is to provide the steam login and password for the person who has the key and the installed graphics card to which the Redfall Bite Back Edition product key was attached to activate it on their computer. It is risky so I do not recommend it or it is recommended only to trusted people/friends. Unless you have nothing of value on your account that the seller could steal then you can change the password to a working one for the transaction and after activation by the seller change the password again so that this person will not have access to your account and you will have the product at a discounted price.
