Make the first pickaxe (use the horns of the first boss) and find the iron ( it is in the crypt in the swamps. u can open the crypt with the key. u need to kill the second boss to get the key ). Then u can make a stonecutter's table, and then make objects from stone (blocks, roads).
p.s. u'll need a lot of stone :)
