What it is
This is a small recycling facility with a old storehouse look.
It functions exactly like the recycling facility from the DLC Green Cities.
In this case, no DLC is needed!!!
It processes garbage and produces a lot of raw materials.
Because it doesn't burn anything and it is a closed facility, it doesn't polute the surrounding area.
The recycling process produces a bit of noise.

I like your community cleaning centre more, cheaper even though it has a tiny bit of pollution.
This fits much better with the art style of urban though versus suburban.
