Ein Einfamilienhaus aus der DDR "FH-Alexandra". Es ist Selbstheizend und es gibt eine LOD-Variante um hoffentlich ein wenig Leistung zu sparen.
Alle Gebäude von mir werden in dieser Kollektion gesammelt.

Über FH-Alexandra:
Das besondere am Einfamilienhaus „FH-Alexandra“ ist, dass es komplett aus Fertigteilen bestand. Dabei bestand es hauptsächlich aus Holzrahmenelementen, Gipskartonplatten und Spanplatten. Zur Dämmung wurde Mineralwolle verwendet. Das Einfamilienhaus hatte eine Wohnfläche von 140 m2 und war für bis zu 6 Personen ausgelegt.

The special thing about the single-family house "FH-Alexandra" is that it consisted entirely of prefabricated parts. It mainly consisted of wooden frame elements, plasterboard and chipboard. Mineral wool was used for insulation. The house had a living area of ​​140 m2 and was designed for up to 6 people.
