So me and my friends have been running some tests and well, we wanted to see how many items you can get into the basement.

Through a combination of clever perk usage and efficient killer choice, we were able to maximize the amount of items we could store in the basement.

Video version of our journey:

• Every survivor can bring 1 item to the trial
  
• There are 4 Survivors per trial
  
• 4 Survivors * 1 Item = 4 Items

• Every map spawns 3 chests
  
• 3 Chests * 1 Item = 3 Items

• Every Survivor can bring the offering "Shiny Coin" which spawns 2 additional chests
  
• 4 Survivors * 2 Additional Chests = 8 Items

• The Killer can bring the perk Hoarder which spawns 2 additional chests
  
• 2 Chests * 1 Item = 2 Items

• Every Survivor can bring the perk Appraisal which has 3 tokens. Each token can be used to rummage a chest and find an additional item
  
• 4 Survivors * 3 Appraisal tokens = 12 Items

Dependent on the Killer you can maximize the items

• Sadako +0 (Undropable Tape)
  
• Pinhead +1 Box (He came)
  
• Nemesis +4 Antidotes
  
• Wesker +6 Sprays
  

• Every Survivor can bring the perk Flashbang
  
• Tier 3 Flashbang needs 50% gen progress to be able to craft 1 flashbang
  
• If the killer plays along and the gens regress, you can have an unlimited amount of flashbangs!

Total = Till DBD crashes
