Replaces Isaac's pain/death sounds with Doomguy's from Doom/Doom II. Goes great with FPS Mod with the Doom HUD!

Oh wait I'm an idiot, I forgot about "Leaving my things to Neco-Arc". There's some reskin mod that replaces Guppy with Neco-Arc, and it changes the game over screen too

None? It's probably the only thing I HAVEN'T modded lol. If you're talking about the HUD, that's from the FPS mod
