On video that soldier is killing friendlies . But anyway i think is like he is nor good ar killing enemies. But he can kill single soldier or demo and that is not boring and that is usefull.

well to be fair, if one team is extremely strong and other is super weak no one can perform good. It is no matter how good sniper you are if you cant take position because there 5 enemies at your spawn. Same for every class. Being medic is dependent on your teammates, but even without teammates medic can perform well against middle skilled enemies. Just dont be cliche battle medic, bloodsaughter is a good weapon but it is not a reason to dont heal your teammates if there is no enemies around. And if you have at least 1 partner that can match your skill, the medic combo can win up to whole enemy team.

true. Being real medic main tooks too much time to keep the skill. Remember when we played together? Really trained medic is extremely dangerous and can win 1 by 1 to almost every class (but position takes huge role).

i don't say that medic is weak or whatever. I just say it's too dependant of having good teamates and without them then you can't really perform.

Then you don't understand that class at all. Medic is a gamble just like any class, while it's true that some teammates are hard to deal with, you need to be able to predict players effectively to get the most out of him just like any class, but you're effectively saying he's weak when he can make a difference with just one player. If you don't know when to retreat and you try to kill players ten times stronger then you, then guess what... You'll die, that's basic logic. Medic is already overpowered with his ubercharges, he is fine.
