Scavenging Skill (Fixed)

Original mod author is busy with life since march 2022 so I took it up upon myself (with help of others) to fix and improve the mod. This is not an add-on mod, do not run this and original mod at same time.

First of all, it works in Multiplayer, courtesy of Ryougi Shiki. Second, I fixed few annoying things. Rotten food will not spawn fresh version of itself anymore. Book names are normal now, look mod pictures ("Scavenging Vol.5" instead of "Master Scavenging" or "Scavenging Vol.1" instead of "Scavenging for Beginners"). I also removed Sandbox settings for Scavenger Skill announcements and made them client-side instead of server-side via the help of Mod Options.

Adds a new Passive Skill called Scavenging. As you loot containers and this skill gives you a chance to find more loot. The higher your skill, the bigger the chance, and the greater the loot amount. These extra loot chances are increased with lucky, and decreased with unlucky! Here are default values:

Traditional Chinese - Person B
Simplified Chinese- Dust_Heart
Polish- Noel
German- Basch_III
French- 🌴 Zunder 🌴

You can configure HOW OFTEN you succeed based on your skill level
HOW MUCH stuff you get
THE XP you gain when successful
Toggle on and off a notification of when you are successful
Toggle on and off a notification of what you got
