Outside Traffic Balancer

The default game behaviour is that each outside road connection accepts the same amount of traffic, whether it's a multi-lane highway or a narrow country lane. This mod adjusts the amount of outside traffic proportionally to the road's capacity.

• Road capacity is determined by the number of traffic lanes and the speed limit.
  
• The mod uses the 3-lane vanilla highways as the baseline. The amount of traffic using these highways is unchanged. Smaller roads will see less traffic, larger roads may see more.
  
• If you're playing on a map where all outside road connections are 3-lane highways (such as, any of the official maps), the mod will not affect the gameplay at all.
  
• The mod makes no changes to rail, air or ship connections whatsoever.
  
• There are no user-configurable options nor UI. The mod really just patches the game's behaviour.
  
• The mod does not affect save games, you can enable or disable it at any time.

Subscribe to this mod and enable it in the Content Manager.

You also need to be subscribed to Harmony 2.x, a utility which facilitates mod creation.
