Deluxe Police Station - Simcity 4 - With Helicopter

Copy of Deluxe Police Station from Simcity 4 that was recreated pixel by pixel. I try to stick to the original model as much as possible and I hope did well. :) The original one has floor height about 4-5 meters that very unrealistic especially with that type of windows and I decided to reduce it so building can looks a little squised in compared to the original from Simcity 4.

The asset has a SubBuilding which allows to have police cars and police helicopter in the same asset.

This is version of the building with Police helicopter, which means you need a Natural Disasters DLC. If you don't want the DLC version, please, subscribe to this version.

The asset doesn't have custom props, so you don't need to subscribe for anything else, but you need a Natural Disasters DLC, without it, Helicopter wiil not appear or the building may just not load.
