All Achievements Guide
By Zookster
Playing on 'Original Difficulty' is required in order to be able to get all achievements.
Minium playthroughs to get All Achievements: 2

Important Note!
NG+ carry over your previous stats, including Time Played and Deaths. NG+ will NOT be able to give you "Make Haste" or "Maybe It Was Too Easy". (It has been mentioned that it works on NG+, I can't find any information in a patch saying it has been fixed so I'm leaving the warning here)
Second Note: The Changed One achievement (listed in Can't be Missed) has been mentioned in the comments as Missable. I don't know what is done to make it unobtainable, but if you follow the main progression I don't think it's missable.

Feel free to share any aditional information that you might have about some achievements

Updates:
July 12th 2023: Added minor details to the description and 2 achievements (The Changed One and Make Haste)
July 16th 2023: 'Good Friends' - I believe you need to get all dialouges even when the crew members are wandering off outside of the Crashsite. Check Demajen's map for all of their locations.

Story Achievements - Can't be missed
You're Not Alone
- Arrive at the crash site.

Find the crash site Roper mentioned.

Part One
- Help to repair Gambler.

Junkpit, at the very bottom.

Part Two
- Help to repair Gambler again.

Rote-Shotter, at the top in a wide shaft.

Part Three
- Bring a third part to Gambler.

Six-Finger Woods, far left side of the map.

Part Four
- Continue to assist in the repair of Gambler

Roslock Drift Gamma, after the boss fight.

Part Five
Once again, help to repair Gambler.

Stumbledeep, after the boss fight.

Ready To Fly
- Fully repair Gambler.

Bring all parts to Gambler.

The Poet
- Defeat Kika.

Huttle Drop, bottom right.

The Learned Hunter
- Defeat Henriette...

Junkpit, at the very bottom.

The Changed One
- Defeat Henriette again.
NOTE: It has been mentioned that this is potentially Missable. I'm not sure how one would be able to make it unobtainable, but leaving it here as a notification.

Roslock Drift Gamma, at the end of the zone.

The Red Blob
- Defeat Vek.

Stumbledeep, at the bottom.

Please Sit Down
- Defeat a Big Bot.

Lesker-Eight Laboratory, after delivering all parts to Gambler.

Safely Away
- Help your friends escape.

Gotten when you beat the game.

Hardened
- Complete the game on Original difficulty

The only achivement that requires the Original diffculty.
Missable and Questline Achievements
Slow Down
- Have a chat with "Relic".

I believe this is available after turning in Ship Part 4. She's found to the left of "Belle The Wanderer" in Lupoto. She will also give you a "Pebble of Perspective" which is important for another Achievement.

The Cut Machine
- Visit The Cut Machine.

This is directly tied to 'Slow Down' just above. You need the "Pebble of Perspective". Once you have it head to the Crash Site and start climbing the wall on the right. Keep climbing past the cave all the way to the top. Use the "Pebble of Perspective" from your inventory. Then shut down up there and wait. Go through the cutscene and the achievement is yours at the end of it.

Molly The Artist (Missable)
- Recieve a special gift from Molly

Molly's questline is the easiest one. Simply talk to her over and over again each time you come to the Crash Site. Make sure to deplete here dialouges until she repeats the same thing over and over.
After handing in the final Ship Part she will be outside Gambler and speaking to her will give you her gift.

Clawing At The Roots Of A Cosmic Order (Missable)
- Get to know Saymund

For this you need to find Saymund at various locations, usually near corpses, throughout the world.
I don't know the exact locations required for the achievement, but these are the ones I did, in the order below.
-After delivering Ship Part 1 (maybe 2?) Whenever he shows up at the Crash Site the first time.
1. Crash Site when he appears to the right after waking up.
2. Lupoto, directly next to the entrance to Roslock Drift Alpha, where you get 'Motivator' (Sprint).
3. Ekman's Crossing, before the cleaved tree. (Requires Wall Climb, can be found after delivering Ship Part 3 as well)
-After delivering Ship Part 3.
4. Crash Site, to the left of Bill.
5. Stoffbloom, next to the Red Door/Barrier .
6. Junkpit, in the room above where you found Hulking Fist.
7. Stumbledeep, jsut before you jump into the water.
-After delivering Ship Part 4 (maybe even as early as 3?)
8. Roslock Drift Beta, where you find the Magma Spear.

Familiar (MIssable)
- Spend time with Pasha

Talk to Pasha every time you visit the Crash Site and deliver a Ship Part, deplete her dialouges each time.
After delivering Ship Part 3, speak with Pasha at the Crash Site until you've depleted her dialouges. She should mention her sister.
Go to Stoffbloom, and drop down, keeping going down on the left side until you have to go to a room to the right. Here's a destroyable part on the ground. Jump down and dash over the gap to the left. Pasha should be in here next to a crashed Pod. Talk to her multiple times to unlock the Achievement.

Extra Locations: (Unsure if any of these are required for the achievement)
1. Crash Site
2. After delivering Ship Part 1. Crash Site.
3. Lupoto, room to the right of where the Game Starts.
4. Lupoto, at the 'Relic' to the left of "Belle The Wanderer".
-After delvering Part 3 (?)
5. Stoffbloom, room at the top left.
6. ??? I believe I've seen here at Sap-Stone, but I dont have any saved screenshot of it.

It was An Accident (Missable)
- Help Gili.

- After delivering Ship Part 1(or 2?)
1. Lupoto, to the left of where the Game Starts.
-After delvireing Ship Part 2
2. Ekman's Crossing, the room that connects to the Crash Site
3. Sap-Stone, bottom right, in the big room next to a corpse.
- After delivering Ship Part 3
4. Sap-Stone, at the top.
5. Ekman's Crossing, kill Hector that is found at the tree.
- After delivering Ship Part 4
6. Sap-Stone, at the top. Ready to give you your reward and finish the questline.

Note: There's a different ending for this questline, where Gili get's shot by Hector (if you leave Hector rather than killing him yourself) and then kills him herself.
I can't currently confirm if this ending is valid for the achievement.

Retired Explorer (Can be done after completing the game, but might result in missing 'Good Friends')
- Say goodbye to Mutt.

You can deliver Ship Parts, or talk to Roper and save at a flower to force Mutt to go to his next location.
1. Roslock Drift Alpha, room on the very top. You can reach it before going to the Crash site, but it's easier once you have Double Jump.
- After delivering Ship Part 1 or 2
2. Stoffbloom, at the very top. Talk to him until he tells you to go to back to the Tunnels.
- After delivering Ship Part 2 or 3
3. Roslock Drift Alpha, he is not inside the previous blocked area.
-After delivering Ship Part 3 or 4
4. Roslock Drfit Gamma, not long after you enter this place you'll find Mutt laying on the ground, next to his Hammer.

Good Friends (Missable)
- Get to know the crew.

The Crew are the following characters: Pasha, Molly, Mathilda, Bill, Raven and Roper.
You will most likely want to complete all of their questlines as well as speak to Mathilda, Bill, Raven and Roper every time you deliver a Ship Part.
Some Crewmembers wanders off to different areas in the game. You probably need to talk to them there as well. (demajen's map should have all locations marked, double and triple check it if you're unsure of their locations)

Complete these Questlines: Familiar and Molly the Artist
Other Questlines that could possibly be required (I'd do them just to be sure): It Was An Accident, Clawing At The Roots Of A Cosmic Order, Retired Explorer.
And again, just to be sure: Talk to every crew member every time, this includes the ones that doesnt have a "personal" achievement (Mathilda, Bill, Raven and Roper).
First time visiting the Crash Site, and each time you come back with a Ship Part. Certain things changes at the end if you do, which probably indicates that it's needed for the achievement, even though there isnt an achievement for each individual.
Achievement should pop up once you get the gift from Molly (or talk to Roper just after?).

Maybe It Was Too Easy (Missable)
- Complete the game without dying.

Needs to be done on NG (NG+ doesnt work). Works on Explorer difficulty!
Note: The NG+ issue might have been fixed, but I haven't seen anyone confirming that it works for real.

Make Haste (Missable)
- Finish the game in under 3 hours.
As of patch 1.1.10: "In game timer no longer advanced while game is paused."
Gotta go fast. Works on Explorer difficulty!

Note: Needs to be done on NG. NG+ carries over your stats, deaths and time played, this means that if you are fast enough to do it on NG+ you'd already have it on NG.

Additonal Note: The NG+ issue might have been fixed, but I haven't seen anyone confirming that it works for real.

Misc Achievements
The Crusher
- Defeat Dolly.

Dolly can be found in several different locations
Three which are currently known:At the top left of Blake's Stroll (top left from Coburn Launcher). Requires Double Jump and to go through Rote-Shotter. Or Wall Climb if going up the leftside wall from Coburn Launcher.

Old Singer
- Defeat Old Singer.

She's found in Six-Finger Woods. You can return here whenever you want. I suggest using the room on the very top of this zone as it's fairly easy to reset and has a large area for you to fight in. She will escape multiple times but her life should be preserved so that you can fight her again by just leaving the room and coming back. (In case she stops spawning, you should be able to sleep/shut down in the zone and she will start appearing again.)
This might be a DPS check as it seems she stops appearing after escaping several times.Being able to deal 25-33% of her Health per encounter is probably ideal. Skab Device and Blobs works quite well against her.
Reward: Suit Module - Whislte Shock

The Ogre
- Defeat Elsom

Elsom is located inside the Junkpit on the upper half of the zone, blocking your path to a Big Bot and Save location.
Rewards: Suit Module - Ogre Device

The Cracked Engineer
- Defeat Kellunhelk

Found in the Junkpit, above and to the right of Henriette's fight. In order for the boss to spawn you need either a Ship Part on your back or the item Curious Gizmo (bought at Mabec's Shop). I suggest the second one as the fight can be rough.
Reward:
Suit Module - Berseker Device

Bug Slayer
- Destroy many Roslock creatures in the pit.

The Pit is found at Roslock Drift Alpha, just next to the yellow door, that Mutt opens up during his Questline, is a breakable part below your feet, this path leads to "The Pit".
While inside "The Pit", kill about 30 of the enemies that spawn. You CAN NOT leave! Stay at the very bottom or the counter resets.
These enemies also drop two Suit modules 'Hardened Shell' and 'Volatile Shell'.
My setup to survive:
Blob-Bloom H (for easy overheat)
Painwheel (attack while overheat active, makes the Roslock back off rather than jump at you)
Any Melee damage boost you can fit.

You Monster!
-Destroy many innocent creatures.

You can find some of these creatures at your first visit to Stoffbloom, it's the small blue creatures with a pink/red eye. Unsure how many you need to kill.

Many Enemies
- Defeat many enemies.

Just keep killing stuff.

Experienced
- Reach level 30.

This is doable on NG, but if you didnt reach it you will easily do it during NG+ if you choose to do another playthrough.
If you don't want to go on NG+ and need a bunch of NanoGel you can always use any of the NanoGel farming locations.
The infinite respawns in the waters of Junkpit,
The infinite respawns at "The Pit" in Roslock Drift Alpha
The Blobs just above Norberg Laboratory Save Room, in Lupoto.

Big Bots
- Locate many Big Bots

1. Norberg Laboratory (in the middle of Lupoto)
2. Stoffbloom
3. Huttle Drop
4. Junkpit
5. Stumbledeep
6. Ekman's Crossing

The Voice From The Elevator
- Reach Mabec

The elevator is located in Norberg Laboratory. There's a few ways you can reach her depending on wether the elevator is on the bottom or the top.
Elevator on top: Wall Climb on the left side of the shaft and hold left.
Elevator on bottom: Requires breakable walls to have been destroyed first so that you can enter Norberg Laboratory from the top. From there you can simply jump and dash to the left and hold left as you fall
Reward: A shop with useful modules and various items.

Flower Girl
- Show off with flowers.

This is done next to Mabec. You need the Blaster Module Flowersong. Shot the ground with it until a flower grows. (This is possible near other NPC's. As mentioned by Mabec themself. I can't confirm with which NPC's though).

Party Trick
- Do a killer Painwheel juggle.

Equip Painwheel, attack with your melee and jump over it as is comes back. Keep it looping around you that way for about 10 seconds.

Very Important
- Push the large piece of junk down the hill.

This is done at the top of Junkpit, just before you enter Roslock Drift Gamma. Behind the breakable wall with blue Butterflies in the background, you can dash into it going to the left to push it a bit, or you can use the Blaster Module 'The Sprinkler' to shoot at it and push bit for bit.

Charley
- Find Charley.

Charley is found at the end of Ekman's Crossing. To get there you need to do some tight jumping over a big gap and around a corner.

Crossing the gap at the Big Bot:
+3 Mid Air Jumps + Dash
or
+2 Mid AIr Jumps + Dash + Hulking Fist
Jumping around the corner:
+3 Mid Air Jumps + Dash + Sprint + Wall Climb (+2 Mid Air Jumps is enough, but much harder)
Sprint - Jump - Dash - Jump - (Jump a third time) - Turn right - Wall Climb

Feeling Better
- Heal yourself many times.

Don't have exact number on how many times but it's a bunch. Maybe 100 times? I got it during NG+ so the stats carry over.

Feeling Healthy
- Obtain many Healing Cores.

There's 8 of them to be found.
1. Lupoto, dropped by "Belle - The Wanderer".
2. Lupoto, after you get the 'Motivator' (Sprint) item, jump up and go to the right, destroy a wall and enter the next room, the core is in the water.
3. Roslock Drift Beta, on your very first trip through here you can find it at the first room you enter at the top left.
4. Roslock Drift Beta, go down from previous core, there's another path to the left with the core at the end.
5. Sap-Stone, bottom left room.
6. Huttle Drop, to the right of the Big Bot/save spot.
7. Junkpit, in a cave below a breakable part of the floor, on the level above Henriette.
8. Crash Site, Bill's Shop, 2000 NanoGel

Readiness
- Obtain many weapons.

1. Magma Spear - Roslock Drift Beta, at the top.
2. Hulking Fist - Junkpit, early on your first visit here.
3. Hazard Blade - Junkpit, a room next to "Kellunhelk - The Cracked Engineer" (killing/spawning boss is not required)
4. Painwheel - Six-Finger Woods, below the small spiky platforms you need to jump on to get across.
5. Hypersledge - Roslock Drift Gamma, Mutt's Questline required.
6. Hudson Goodshot - Sap-Stone, at the top, given by Gili after killing Hector.
7. Blast Shield - Bill's Shop, 200 NanoGel
8. Dolly - Mabec's Shop, 1500 NanoGel

In the infinite spawning pit, trying to get the Bug Slayer cheevo, I found that equipping the Suntouch suit module that grants life steal on melee hit helped, can't remember the others I had, but I used that and the Hazard Blade, standing off toward the left side of the pit but not against the wall, think like a bug's length away from the wall, and just stood there swinging the sword. Life steal effect kept me alive and standing where I did the bugs tended not to spawn on me or get too close. Probably had the melee build stuff on too like Molly's Tweak but again don't recall. In any case life steal kept me alive, the sword did all the work, and I didn't have to put much thought or effort into it, only time.

Several achievements are missable and can be found in the Overview "Missable and Quesline Achievements".
FilthySouls 19 May, 2024 @ 7:48am
Hey, can I go back and complete all achievements in the game at my own pace or are some missable if I progress too far in the story / can I get locked out of areas or dialoge ?
Hermit Trismegistus 13 May, 2024 @ 11:25pm
I found a blaster module not on this list, "Heartbreaker". I missed the name of the hunter who drops it, something like "The Prince", found in one of the upper tunnels of Sap-Stone.
诺诺可是大神 12 Jul, 2023 @ 5:47am
This is back in the right place. Above, I see many huge blue butterflies and have completed their achievements

【非常重要】成就,我似乎已经到达了确切的位置,但我没有看到任何垃圾
[Very important] Achievement, I seem to have reached the exact location, but I haven't seen any garbage

Thanks for the awesome guide! For "the bug slayer" another easy way is to equip suit module for "meele lifesteal", "ogre device" and "heart of strenght", then use "hazard blade", just charge your attacks just before the spiders spawn, even if you lose hp the lifesteal will be enough to cover most of the damage if needed

update:
I finally was able to get Saymund trophy (Clawing At The Roots Of A Cosmic Order)

* Saymund can be found 10 times
* to get the trophy u need to find him 7 times at least ( need someone to confirm )

- on my first save I did find him at least 6 times, I was missing the 2 on Ekman Crossing, I think I only found him once next to the laboratory door at the end of the game, and I didn't find him on Lupoto next to the dead body of Slovenmuck?
- I did get the trophy on my 3rd play as second went for the (Maybe It Was Too Easy) & (Make Haste), but I only spoke to Saymund 7 times to get the trophy missing on the 2 times next to the laboratory and next to Slovenmuck? So I assume u need at least 7 times.
Maximilion13 21 Apr, 2023 @ 11:26pm
thanks!
yeah, as the only two places missing for me in Ekman Crossing I think these two really do matter.

I will try to do a third run and see how it goes
Zookster  [author] 21 Apr, 2023 @ 11:20pm
The people online are correct that you don't need to find him in every location he is in. Sadly I don't know the exact ones that matters or if certain locations share progression towards the achievement. All I know is that the locations I wrote down is all or partially part of it. You should be guaranteed to get it if you get those locations.
