thanks for the guide, I cant thumb it up since I bought it for ps5 (wanted my physical copy since I own star ocean 1-5 already physical, psp, ps1,ps2 and ps3 and ps4 versions etc.

You're missing all the players from the imperial capital, including Puffy who you can fight at both lvl 2 and lvl 8 master

In Cotto, to the right of the town entrance in an alley close to the water, there's a "man with a dignified air". He's a lvl 4 master and rewards the "caleen" pawn.

I have completed the base game, working through the post-game content now and will update with any findings. From what I can tell this list should be complete and accurate up till post-game. Please feel free to comment anything I missed!

I will say, as you beat everyone, your "deck" gets so overpowered even the last grandmaster I took down wasnt even a challenge
