More Dungeons (8-9) on "Earth Like City" Planets - City Planets modular patch

Part of Modular Patches for City Planets collection
Tweaks the aesthetics and some mechanics of "Populated" (Citybound) and "Earth-Like City" (Another City Terraformer) planets, all the modular patches can be combined (unless specified) between them to get to the desired effects, be sure to check the required dependencies.

What this patch does: Make more dungeons (8-9) spawnable when generating "Earth-Like City" planets to give the feel of a dense populated place.

The screenshot is a map generated with Rexmeck Minimap of a Large Vanilla-sized planet (6000 blocks in width) to give the idea.

Tested on vanilla sized planets, on a small planet (3000 blocks is the Vanilla size) the structures won't overlap but there won't be much empty space left.

Won't affect already visited planets.
