Hello, i am in dier, need of a map maker or someone who can advise us in that field. if you can either someone to help us or you yourself could help us please message me directly or in this current area, thanks, P.S. we have already used this map and are happy with it but our particle maker (cheesypuff) says he needs new props for some of them

@Buck. i have confirmed that your issue is a feature of base item test. dunno if i'm even able to patch it yet.
HueZee_  [créateur] 3 sept. 2022 à 10h41
@Buck I will be looking into creating a more advanced Bot-sandbox space. until then i'm not sure if this is a new issue from itemtest as i have not changed anything about the spawning or bot pointers. but this will be something for me to look into improving. thanks for the feedback.

to anyone else visiting. there will not be an update for a little while, but the Beta iteration will include some significant additions. stay tuned. :missing:

When using the itemtest command, the bots spawn randomly, but after killing them they all respawn in the same spot

The emitter will stop and restart the particle sequence, whenever the placeholder (stand and cutout) is approached and displays the HUDhint, or if shot or on +use command.

do you not activate the particle by hitting the head?
HueZee_  [créateur] 25 aout 2022 à 7h10
@Lothudus This is attributed to spaghetti in the source, don't rely on the map emitters for more than a world anchor break it station. Unusual particulates may have unknown side effects.
As of yet there is nothing else to do about it, until there is, we can only document these unusual phenomena.
in your videos i can't help but notice that you are spam touching the emitter reset trigger.
note: i may reconsider having a trigger, and will keep the prop-button logic. as users seem to wswsws hard for their Fx-candy.

Another video here on static sprites, they're overlaying each other. Maybe it spawns the same particle over again?

superrare_test particles always glitch whenever not focused on / in general.

You can see it right at the end of the video, i have recreated this on other effects as well.
