theres a faster way to speedrun it too, instead of grabbing the key first and then grabbing the boxes you should grab the boxes and the key quickly at the start of the game then turn on the electricity, quickly unlock the key drop all items fastly and go to sleep. then go into the nieghbor's house from the front door and quickly go to your left into the garage. then turn left again and grab the hammer and leave the garage, then go upstairs and jump while running onto the nightstand in the room with the sharkatron and then jump while running again onto the door to completly skip going to the boiler room with simple parkour. then go to the room with the lockpick and get it and go to the bathroom with the hole to go outside and quickly run the basement to unlock it.
this should only take about 33 seconds to beat the game this way also not being seen by the neighbor depends all on luck so it may take multiple trys before you get a run where the neighbor isn't in your way.
