Why do I need a Trust Factor?
The Trust Factor is necessary so that the players who receive the most complaints/reports get to the same players as them.
Such players stand out in games because they will be muted from the beginning of the game.

Thus, if you have a bad trust factor, the probability of bad teammates and cheaters increases.
