Why if the guide setups are causing you to slip, and it's not on a specific track but on the majority, it's not a problem with the guide setups, but a difference in the way they were made for your riding type, here the setups are made for those who drive more gently, with the pedals, if you press them harder you can lose more grip, if that's the case I recommend you increase the aerodynamics values, that way you keep the car more stable, but I can guarantee you that if you focus on making your riding smoother, you will get better results on the tracks!
If you want to add it automatically, you need to access the setup through the Steam Workshop, which are these links in the guide, and click on subscribe in each of the setups, after that in your game, just press the "Save/Load Car Setup" button on the car settings screen, and load the setups from Steam Workshop.
