**UPDATE: This mutator is been re-added in the newly-released Goat Simulator Remastered! https://steamoss.com/steamstore/bundle/46906/Goat_Simulator_Upgrade_Bundle/ **
This mutator is supposed to be awarded to you when you complete the Godmother quest [in the payday DLC], but it only unlocks in the mobile version for some reason. However since it was still in the game files I was able to upload it here. Enjoy!

*Cotton candy not included since I couldn't find the package for it

Guys I'm not gonna be able to restore the other goats from the mobile version. I have very little experience, I was only able to do this cause it was already in the game files.
