I also know a few of the gen slowdown perks are being changed.. As well as a few aura perks..

I know what some of the changes are and I am not looking forward to those. Rancor, and Devour Hope are both getting nerfed. I believe NOED is getting a complete rework if my info is correct. I do not know about any of the survivor perks being adjusted but I doubt none are being altered in some way or another.

Can't really say since i've not played the game in forever, but BHVR never really prioritised balance changes from when I was playing this game
Rather push out more cosmetics and DLC's than fix the base game, and I doubt that'll change

Looking forward to the major perk overhaul this summer, but knowing Behaviour, I am keeping my expectatins at a bare minimum.
