It's Sven, The Hypogeal Horror, a monster from beneath the earth's surface. He is a lightweight with anti-zoning specials and odd attacks.

Specials Explained:
NSpecial: Leech- Sven leeches something from anyone caught in the radius, charging his Store, Sven can't use Leech if his store is fully charged.

FSpecial: Spit- Sven spits chewed up rock, these rocks travel slowly, if Sven has more than 50% store the rocks get bigger and slightly more powerful, this move costs a small portian of Sven's Store.

USpecial: Detach- Sven shoots his limbs downwards, and launches himself upwards to regrow his limbs, this does not put Sven in special fall but does cost a third of his store, if you can't use this move, Sven's unique HUD icon becomes redder.

DSpecial: Swallow- Sven swallows... something, which puts him in hermatic mode, hermatic mode makes it so Sven is immune to all forms of harm, aslong as he himself isn't attacking but when in hermatic mode Sven's store is constantly being drained and it only ends when Sven dies or runs out of Store.

Other Info:
Sven is more normal based than most,
UAir is more for recovery than actual damage, trying using it immediately after jumping,
Jab and NAir can be held down and then be canceled into tilts/ aerials,
FTilt is very good,
If you have no other option DAir can be used as last resort to recovery
Sven's unique icon shows how much store you have, if it has rocks around it, it indicates FSpecial is stronger
Parrying also charges store
and
Sven is a charming boy.
