In episode 9 of my series of getting to know creators. I had the chance to speak to draz, he is the developer
of an upcoming game called Decline's Drops. Very Humble guy from France. We shared some laughs during this interview, and we
talked a lot about Decline's Drops, and inspiration from different types of games that helped craft the creation of Decline's Drops.

More About Decline's Drops:

In another world, in another time, there lived , far far away from  everyone, from everything, 
a little puppet who was taking care of her  garden, watching days and nights pass, quietly. 
In another world, in another time, there came the "Decline", followed by  the appearance of a six-headed Hydra. A torrential, 
purple rain fell on  the puppet's island, destroying the beloved garden and drastically  changing the environment. 
Strange buildings emerged from nowhere,  species disappeared, being replaced by odd frogs and other creatures.

In another world, in another time, the puppet put her gloves on,  determined to find those responsible for this horrible mess. 
But who  knows where this will lead her...?

Decline's Drops is a beautiful hand-drawn 2D platform-brawler, 
taking inspiration from the greatest video game classics to create a unique and unforgettable experience. Each world, 
each character has been meticulously designed and crafted, made with love, passion, and care. 
Embracing the level design mastery of Yoshi's Island, Kirby's Adventure  or Shovel Knight, 
Decline's Drops merges it with the satisfying gameplay  of the Super Smash Bros. series in a solo focused adventure, 
full of  chickens and frogs to punch, things to explore, and secrets to find!

Discover a poetic, vibrant and somehow melancholic universe through 6 worlds full of collectibles and things to explore.
Defend yourself with your powerful gloves and a wide range of attacks, allowing you to adapt to each and every situation!
Avenge your garden by defeating all of the 6 Hydra heads and reveal the true reason behind the apparition of the Decline.
Good old game design

Each level has been handly-crafted with patience and care to provide the best experience possible. 
Each and every corner hides a secret, a collectible, something to break or to fight to surprise you everytime.

A unique world

Decline's Drops isn't just about smashing GMO chickens. Each world is a satire of an aspect of our world, 
a criticism of our behavior against the nature. Each Hydra is an allegory, a synthesis of a specific theme.
