noob slander is downright diabolical

and i mean it as like he can get a better average since all of his skill can be put to tier 3 so he can be full average or more focused

tbh noob is not the worst character since he can get t3 in every stat so he has a higher than average stat maximum since he doesn't have a "weak" skill removing some bonus stats.
