Adds 1 song so you can play the sick riff from Anonymoose's 'Rule Breaker' sfm and break all the rules!

This is my first experience modding and playing with .midi/.pak files so expect the worst and you won't be dissapointed

This was really fun and quite the learning experience, I probably won't do this too often but who knows...
