I've tweaked the textures and materials in order to replicate the glow seen in the original game as best as possible.

The cap is also poseable and removable via bodygroup.

This is my first attempt at porting models for SFM, so if I've overlooked anything or you find any issues, let me know. I've released each of these separately on the Workshop, because I seem to be hitting a maximum size limit when trying to upload several at once.
