TL:DR: Litterally just do a set amount of exercise every time you die/do something stupid and stick with it

If you're anything like me, you aren't very good at pavlov, you spend a fair bit of time in VR just going around shooting people, but usually end up getting killed more than you kill others. So I have a perfect solution that wont only make you better and help build strategy to avoid death, but also give you the workout of your life and possibly give you a heatstroke. (change these all you like to your abilities/preference obviously)
Starting Workout Ideas
Everytime you die, you do 10 pushups,10 situps, 10 squats, or 10 second plank (switching to the next one every time you die)
Everytime you teamkill, do 25 pushups you monster +
Everytime you loose a match do a plank while you wait in lobby/preround or until you arms give out
Everytime you flash/nade yourself or teamates do 10 jumping jacks (25 if you killed them)
Everytime there is a team switch with your side having a loosing score do 5 squats for every round you are loosing by
Everytime someone asks you what the hell you are doing tell them as see if they will join you, exercise awareness people! I guess? idk? (or just stare at them while you move up and down weirdly/look like you are having a seizure, either one works)
Extra Random Ideas
Run in place while running to site (you should probably get a floor mat or something to stay in one place... or just combat dive out your window... EXERCISE PEOPLE!)
Have weighted vest wrist/ankle weights for all of these, (adds resistance, but don't overdo weights, vr has weird movements and might screw up your... well everything)
(if you use smooth turn, try turning it off if your headset allows it for that little bit of extra calories i guess)
Treadmill? (actually, maybe don't, actually, idk, your headset, not mine)
TIPS
Lots of water
Lots of airflow/cooling
Ring protectors/plus wrist straps
Cable management
Somewhere to set controllers down for exercises (or just drop em on the floor violently, idk your call)
Proper clothing
Spare facial interfaces if you want to hot-swap
Cloth/other stuff for sweat or maybe just for a cool headband, idk.
Generic Weird anti-fog fan's/Radiator attachments to headset

Anways yea, do whatever, im not responsible for any injuries,
(i hope not... might need to talk to a lawyer... oh god).

Good Luck
