*This mod includes a new Strategic Resource, a new Civilization, 5 new Units, 4 new Buildings, one new District and many new Projects based on the famous game ' Subnautica' .

[ 1 ] New Civilization : Planet 4546B

Traits :

1 - Kharaa Bacterium: All combat units -5 strength; Decrease growth by 20% in all cities,-2 Amenity in all cities; After studying the technology 'Chemistry' , Player can run the project 'Produce Enzyme 42 ' to remove the Debuff

2 - Subnautica : Begin the game in an ocean tile, gain Science and Culture per turn before you settle your first city; All the Reef tiles in the nation provide +1 Culture,+1 Faith, All the Coastal Cities +2 Amenity

3 - ALTERRA Technology : Builders are able to build Seastead after studying the technology 'CELESTIAL NAVIGATION' ; Every Scanner Room increases the rate of Eurekas by 2%; Unlock the special Space Race Project 'Launch Neptune Rocket'

4 - The Legacy Of The Precursors : Ignore the technology requirement, can see Ion Cube from the start; Grands unit 'Quarantine Enforcement Platform' in the capital after studying 'ADVANCED BALLISTICS', which has enormous SightRange and can destory any air units within two tiles,but can't produce or move.

Trait : The Leader Of Leviathan
All combat units gain +5 heal per turn;All combat units gain heal at the end of every turn,even after moving or attacking;+1 production from water area;Fishing boats provide a culture bomb to adjacent tiles .

Tries to keep peace. Likes civilizations that declear friends ; Dislikes civilizations that declear wars .


[ 3 ] New Units : Seamoth ; Cyclops ; Prawn Suit ; Ghost Leviethan ; Quarantine Enforcement Platform

1 - Seamoth : An unit unique to Planet 4546B, replace Caravel . Has better Movement and Sight Range,Can not be affected by enemies' Zone Of Control

2 - Cyclops : An unit unique to Planet 4546B, replace Nuclear Submarine . Has better Strength and Range; Combat victories provide Science equal to 400% of the Combat Strength of the defeated unit,but it needs Uranium to maintain

3 - Prawn Suit : An unit unique to Planet 4546B, replace The Giant Death Robot . +10 Strength when in the water area, can launch WMD, Needs Ion Cube to provide power, but Anti air strength is weak.

4 - Ghost Leviethan : An unit unique to Planet 4546B, Can be only acquired from Finishing The Giant Cove Tree . Have two building charges; +5 Combat Strength to naval units within 2 tiles; +75 strength when defending; Can not debark.

5 - Quarantine Enforcement Platform : We remould The Quarantine Enforcement Platform after turning it down, making it more 'Obedient'
Possesses an enormous Sight Range, can destory any air units within two tiles, but can't produce or move


[ 4 ] New Buildings : Scanner Room ; Thermal Plant ; Translation Device

1 - Scanner Room : A building using ALTERRA detecting technique, Can provides more Science and Great Scientist Point; Every Resource tile in the city (Including Bonus Resource,Strategic Resource and Luxury Resource) +2 Science; Unlock some relevent scanning projects.

2 - Thermal Plant : A building unique to The Giant Cove Tree, Provides 5 Power and Faith to the city. Citizens in it can provide Culture

3 - Translation Device : Pay tribute to the greatest Subnautica Fan and Voluntary Translator - "CHBCLive" ! (See More details in CIVILOPEDIA)
A Government building unique to Planet 4546B, +3 level of diplomatic visibility with all other civilizations; Every Writing +3 Science, +3 Culture; Awards 5 Envoies when completing this building .
The Translation Device left by the Precursors Race contains more than 1000 languages, which has made a major breakthrough in our diplomacy and translation of literary works.

[ 5 ] New District : The Giant Cove Tree

A district unique to Planet 4546B,can only be built on water area. +2 Science and +2 Culture form each adjacent Coast and Lake tile,Grands a Ghost Leviathan when finishing this District .



[ 6 ] New Projects : A series of Scan and Reserch projects ; Produce Enzyme 42 ; Launch Neptune Rocket

1 - A series of Scan and Reserch projects : Special project of The Scanner Room. Cosuming strategic resource, Player can obtain Science after completing this project.

2 - Produce Enzyme 42 : Special Project. Player can remove the effect of the trait 'Kharaa Bacterium' after completing this project.

3 - Launch Neptune Rocket : A Space Race Project unique to Planet 4546B, replace LASER Projects ; Consuming Ion Cube, Add 20 Science Victory Points when completing it.



[ 7 ] New Resource : Ion Cube

Although the Precursor left planet 4546b, they also left many useful technologies and resources, among which Ion Cube are one. This green square crystal contains huge energy, which can not only restart the Precursor portal, but also meet the energy needs of The Prawn Suit and Neptune Rocket. The precise structure and production process of Ion Cube itself has high research value. The good news is that the Precursor left behind the machine for manufacturing this Ion Cube, which means , as long as the machine is not broken, we can always obtain the resource sustainably.

This strategic resource will be unlock after studying technology ' SYNTHETIC MATERIALS '



[ 8 ] New Industrial Zone Building : Ion Cube Power Plant
Automatically converts any amount of Ion Cube into Power for cities within 6 tiles that need it each turn, at the rate of:
1 Ion Cube > > > 8 Power
Will not generate CO2
Its Production bonus is extended to all City Centers within 6 tiles that do not already have a bonus from a Power Plant building.

After studying the Precursor's technology, we have developed a new power plant building, which can supply power to the city by consuming Ion Cube without emitting CO2 into the atmosphere. In addition to ordinary workers, the power plant also has a permanent scientific team that studies the energy structure of Ion Cube day and night
