Step 1: stand up from chair

Step 2: lower yourself to the ground

This normally happens after the 3rd or 4th attempt - hope this helps!

I've gone prone but can't see anything or use weapons, help?

I still haven't figured how to get back up but I will keep everyone posted when I figure out how
