Indeed, Agartha here was going places. The Dreamcast had a lot of untapped potential under the hood; it had the hardware to go on.

this looks graphically impressive. if it wasnt for the DC's rapid decline i think a lot of devs would've been inclined to finish their prototypes and we would've gotten some sweet stuff
