This is a 60 floor, 225 meter tall building. It is Unique and not based on anything else. It is a recreation of my first asset because it really really needed one.

Compared to first upload
The texture sizes for main model went from 2048x2048 to 512x1024 with no loss of quality. The file type is now png instead of tga.
I have now included additional window mullions on all angle and material transitions instead of on just a couple transitions.
The height went from around 183 meters to 225 meters tall so it is a bit bigger.
The window material looks more blue and opaqe now instead of just black and clear. They are still semi transparent.
The floor and wall colors are gray instead of white.
Less pre placed props (still has lights and entrances) makes it more modder friendly but undacorated to start.
Triangle count went up by around 1,500 but detail and performance is still better since there is a lot less excess geometry and the textures are now so small.
No DLC is required.

This is a Ploppable Rico commercial building now and employs 192
The asset use all 512x1024 textures for the main model and 512x512 for the lod textures. There is no color choice textures. Maybe reply in comments if you think 512x512 lod texture is too blurry. I wanted to make it 1024x1024 because how how big it is but someone didn't like that.

Main model tris: 4,006
LOD tris: 246

I am sorry about uploading so little and still not at good quality. I hate myself for being a failure. I am still trying as hard as I can.
