ROS_Helicopter_Repair v1.51

** NEW IMPROVED VERSION **

This is an addon to any mission - using the ROS Helicopter Repair process and script.
It's quite easy to implement into a mission. Simply merge this mission with yours and move the repair pad and all near assets to a suitable flat area in your mission - preferably at your base.

** NEW FEATURE **
* Supports all helis in Arma 3 / DLCs / RHS / SOG
* AI controlled vehicles are not supported. (too unreliable)
* Added compatibility with ROS Plane repair.
* Repairer uses the welding process and animation during the day as well.
* Added repair bay cleanup - wreck removal.
* Works in SP, hosted (listen) and Dedicated servers

* Fixed a number of issues on Dedicated server
