Replaces coin (penny, nickle, dime, lucky penny) pickup sounds with Medic responses from Team Fortress 2

If you wish to hear both the voice line and the coin sfx on pickup:

1. Go to the mod folder location
(Repentance: \Steam\steamapps\common\The Binding of Isaac Rebirth\mods\medic likes money tf2_2487971023)
(Afterbirth+: C:\Users\[username]\Documents\My Games\Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+ Mods\medic likes money tf2_2487971023)

2. Change the name of the "resources" folder to something else

3. Change the name of "resources alternative" folder to just "resources"

Added alternative resources folder with Coin SFX + Voice line sounds. Just need to change the folder names to change the sound effect version.
