PAC-MAN joins Rivals!

Play as the titular character from the 1980s arcade game.
Most of his moves hail from smash bros or PAC-MAN World.
Although, fair warning, don't play this character expecting full Smash bros PAC-MAN, he is not that

You can add workshop support to PAC-MAN. Doing so will let PAC-MAN display a sprite of your character!
How to add:
Firstly in the Init.gml file add these two bits of code
Namco_Taunt = sprite_get("SpriteYouWant")
Namco_Taunt_Sound = sound_get("SoundYouWant")

In the Load.gml file add this:
sprite_change_offset("SpriteYouWant", 16, 16);

(Please note the names “SpriteYouWant” and “SoundYouWant” are placeholders. Use whatever name you wish)

It's recommended that you set the origins to the center you the sprite, but if you feel it needs to be offset a bit, be my guest

As for the sprite size, I'd recommend something close to the sprite size of the arcade PAC-MAN fruit (scaled by 2 of course)
