설명

Ever wanted to play as a spacefaring race of poisonous monoecious slug men?
If you answered yes, for...some reason, then this is the mod for you!

I've been working on this race on and off for many months, and while I wouldn't consider it "complete", I feel like I've finally reached a point I'm comfortable publishing it
(mostly because if I don't now, I'll probably never get to it)

The mod currently includes:
- A playable race with a unique body-type
- 6 custom outfits to fit said bodytype (plus a hat!)
- Armor tiers 1-6
- Racial Weapons
- A handful of custom furniture items
- Custom blocks! (IDs 12800-12805)
- Two Merchants (to get the forementioned clothing and furniture)
- Custom Scan Dialogue!

This mod is technically a side project, so my drive to work on it is VERY sporadic
but some things to expect in the future...

can you make a custom respawn animation?

I just find it funny because the "boobs" they removed aren't meant to be boobs at all. They're just pectoral muscles, the same kind that are present on the Hylotl sprites. Likewise the bellybuttons were just there for definition. If people have a problem with it/want to remove them, they have the resources to do so and it's fine, I just find the vitriol behind it silly (especially since they claim to do it for realism sake then proceed to add human eyeballs alongside their actual slug eyes)

@nefilol what mod exactly responds with doom raids with rjw. as i know of rimworld's other side well enough (dont use it often but enough) as to avoid that one. but sense this topic exists and because its a interesting thing to know, slugs (not shure if its all slugs overall or a vast majority) are hermaphrodites. or in laymen, they got both sexual capacities. but it gets weirder, some species will stab one another in a attempt to mate and who ever loses well be the "female" of the paring. slugs are fucking funny critters from a scientific veiw. but as far as someone making a visual mod because they dont think slug folks need boobas. im fine with existing as it means options to if ya want that or not.

@Stray: Someone made it so their unrelated mod for RimWorld literally sabotages a specific sex mod by basicallyt hyjacking the game's logic for spawning impossible raids if said mod is installed, because he considers sex to be a no-no in a game where you commit warcrimes on the reg.

I know that's unrelated to Starbound specifically, but it's still an example that people are extremely petty about any and everything, for any reason.
