How to: After exiting the elevator, and reaching the area with the single mannequin child with the Dunce / Nome hat, simply grab the pipe and move on, sparing his life

If you are having trouble with this, grab a shoe from the first room, get halfway past his circle and throw the shoe the way you came behind you. The Bully will go that way to look for it, giving you more time to get the pipe

How to: you need to go to the second elevator puzzle in chapter four. Put on the postman hat, and jump down the trash chute. Once down there, You can find a suitcase. Open it, and pick up the package inside. Carry the package over to the left side of the room, where you will find a mail slot with an eye scrawled on it. Drop the package in, and you'll get the achievement.
