No mods were used here, you can even open the game, and look for a creature under the name "MechaKirin"and you will be able to download this horse in game :) It's base Spore with Galactic Adventure DLC and Bot Parts DLC (that is also still possible to get as an official DLC and not mod, I got it thanks to this guide https://steamoss.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1627822788 )
