When I discovered nsfw items weren't inherently prohibited by steam guidelines my friend immediately said "make henti char lol". So I did.

Skin reference names are not shown so only true fans of the medium will understand every one

so now I just wait til dan or the workshop moderators tell me what to do with the nsfw aspects, but until then just know that it is not against the rules, these types of regulations are put in place by each individual workshop community, not by steam guidelines.
