Try starting a new game and see if it still happens. Did you change any of the mgexe settings from default? if you did, change them back to default.

I installed everything from this list, and better textures BUT trees in my game act strange, and it looks that parts of them just pop when i get closer.... It's driving me fucking insane. i can't play like that.....

MCP, MGExe, and PFP are the only ones I use too. Best mods for best experience. Also, openmw does suck.

This is accurate, all I use are the MCP and MGEXE along with Intelligent Textures which upscales the graphics a good bit.

maybe I'll add PFP for a second playthrough, if I do that.
