Rauma Large Police Station

描述
A contemporary police station representing 1990's classical modernism. You can combine this asset with Rauma courthouse (large or small variant) to create a public offices complex!

Note! You should use an anarchy mod to make it easier to plop this asset along a road. Plopping can be done without it but it's a bit tricky.

Rauma is a town of ca. 39 000 inhabitants on the west coast of Finland. The town is known for its paper and maritime industry and its well-preserved wooden old town.

Gameplay
Asset can be found in police tab.
Lot size: 10.5 × 7
The asset has similar stats to the vanilla large police station.

Technical stats
You can replace the Finnish police signs and police cars using Prop Switcher mod.

Model total: about 2559 tris, 1024 × 1024 textures. Th
Lod total: 275 tris, 512 × 512 textures
All the Rauma police station and court house assets have shared textures, use Loading Screen Mod to improve performance.

Please note that if you have this asset placed before the fence update you might see both network and prop fences on the asset. Move the building or build it again to get rid of the extra fence.

I just changed the network based chain link fence to a prop fence because some subscribers were getting distance too short errors. Let me know if there are further issues!

Yes dylan.wagemans. You can use this asset without the Finnish props. You can also use the Prop Switcher mod to change the props to your liking.

Looks like a great asset! However, can I use this without the Finnish Poliisi props?
