A contemporary court house representing 1990's classical modernism. You can combine this asset with Rauma police station (large or small variant) to create a public offices complex!

Rauma is a town of ca. 39 000 inhabitants on the west coast of Finland. The town is known for its paper and maritime industry and its well-preserved wooden old town.

Asset can be found in level III unique buildings tab.
Lot size: 10.5 × 12 (the actual footprint is somewhat L-shaped).
The asset has slightly higher stats compared to vanilla courthouse.

Main model: about 3693 tris, 1024 × 1024 textures.
Lod model: 337 tris, 512 × 512 textures
