I'm gonna play with it next time I start up Starbound (don't want to lose my research bonus right now)
It could do with a screenshot update (the screenshots still show old stats) and a thing I'm curious about: do the "vanilla" stats stay? (i.e. increased oxygen and energy)
Also from playing it myself I do agree with you, that the dragons are really strong, and while I agree with the general idea of not making dragons unable to go on certain planet, having them be vulnerable against "modern"/"unusual" damage types sounds very fitting; so maybe they're also weak against shadow in addition to radioactive, electric, cosmic and toxic.
Another idea that I had, that I wasn't sure I could put into motion myself: making them unable to heal with healing items, since they have their meditation. You seem to know more about fr than I do (I couldn't do climate dependent resistances), so maybe you'd know how to do it :D
