ROS Sandstorm V4.6 Main features

* Randomizer - scheduler (Dedicated, Listen and SP)
* Call script directly for time specific sandstorm
* Wind direction override or random
* Sand can hurt eyes if not wearing goggles (can be toggled off)
* Chance of light weight hats being blown off (can be toggled off)
* Inside building volume attenuation
* Inside vehicle volume attenuation
* Inside open vehicle limited attenuation
* Wind affects small objects like cans and bottles (can be toggled off)
* Wind affects light weight chairs and tables (can be toggled off)
* Action placed on moved chairs and tables so they can be reset
* Occasional dust devils
* Ambient wind sounds near buildings
* More varied particle and color density
* Enemies is unlikely to fire at you if visibility is limited
* Arma 3 Bug override for overcast<=0 and wind<=0

Tested on Dedicated / Listen / SP and in persistent missions like Liberation.

there is a problem in mp - if a client goes out to the lobby and comes back, then there is a storm for everyone, but he doesn’t have a storm

I have a basic snowstorm script - there are quite a few basic ones out there. I have an idea for a much more elaborate one. Just have to find the time.

Have you ever thought about making a snow storm version of this? Looking at it myself atm but maybe you already have something.

@Deezee - download the demo and files - then look at the ROS_sandstorm.sqf header - or try the demo above it explains how to use it. Particles and effects are obviously concentrated around the player or his vehicle - there is no point in creating particles and wasting frames if there is no player there to see them.
